**The Role**
Our client is seeking a Legal Secretary to work in the Trademark area. You will be supporting 2 Attorneys.
Duties will include dealing with clients, preparing and amending documents, preparation of and actioning correspondence, diary management, monitoring critical dates, electronic filing, billings, database maintenance, debtor management, managing expenses, organising travel and general admin duties.
You will be using Inprotech database.
**You**
To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 1 years previous Trade Marks Secretarial experience. You will also need a strong typing speed of at least 60 wpm and strong attention to detail.
**The Firm / Salary** Well established specialist Patent and Trademark Attorney firm located in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 12. Offer subsidised gym membership and smart casual dress policy every day. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $90,000 including Super). Also offer work from home options of 3 days a week after probation.
