**The Role**

You’ll be the people partner for the organisation, support the leadership team and assist in building high-performing, diverse and sustainable teams.

**Talent Acquisition**
- You will manage the Talent Acquisition including develop and
implement strategies and initiatives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organisation's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

**Employee Development**
- Oversee and manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct research and analysis of organisational trends, including reviewing reports and metrics from the organisation's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
- Administration of performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the leadership team while maintaining best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Manage and analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute training and development programs for employees.
- Develop and Own the departmental budget.

**Culture and Engagement**
- Create a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
- Establish a clear vision and mission for the company that reflects the values and culture of the organisation. This should be communicated to all employees and kept updated as the company grows and changes.
