**Business Admin Traineeship - Beverley location**
- Fixed term full time (18 month) traineeship position, Certificate III in Business.
- Working hours 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Based in Beverley, SA

Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is a Group Training Organisation who employs apprentices and trainees then places them with Host Organisations. We provide support for all apprentices and trainees by way of our mentoring program which fits in with regular visits to the workplace and TAFE.

Our host company Toro currently has a vacancy for a business trainee located in Beverley, SA. Toro is a leading worldwide provider of innovative solutions for the outdoor environment including turf and landscape maintenance, underground utility construction, rental and specialty construction, and irrigation solutions. **Your duties include**:

- Answering callers’ inquires and directing them to appropriate employees
- Ensuring that visitors are received onto the premises correctly
- Preparing company correspondence
- Assisting in the preparation, filing and maintenance of company records
- Administrator of company stationary requirements
- Assisting divisions with monthly expenses according to requirements
- Assisting Finance department with accounts payable tasks

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong organisational, planning, communication and influencing skills
- Excellent PC and ‘Microsoft Office’ literacy
- Highly organized and demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach to the work environment.
