Restaurant Assistant/supervisor

The aim is to train leaders and senior staff for the opening.
Before training at the new shop, training will take place at an existing shop in the CBD.
Here, you will learn the basic Yayoi-ken operations.

[Requirements]
- At least 3 years' experience in the restaurant industry,
- Ability to work for at least 6 months
- Must hold NSW Food Handler Basics Certificate (required for hall and kitchen staff)
- RSA holder (required for hall staff)
- Must be able to work efficiently and be physically fit as the role will be during busy hours
- Must be positive and enjoy working
- Must be able to serve customers and communicate with staff in English
- Must like Yayoi‐ken meals
- Must have a work-ready VISA and be able to work for at least 6 Those who can work for more than 6 months.

**Others**:

- Those who have experience in restaurant operations or hospitality industry.
- For hall staff, the minimum requirement is to be able to converse in English at least business level.
- Staff meals are available (special price)
- Uniforms provided (polo shirts and aprons) to be returned upon leaving the company.
- The staff must not wear earrings, necklaces or any other jewellery, and nails are prohibited to avoid contamination by foreign objects.

**Hourly rate**:
For employees aged 20 years and over, rules differ for employees under 20 years of age.
The hourly period will be revised after completion of the training.
Weekdays $30.13
Weekends $36.15
Public Holidays $60.25
