**Description**:
**About the role**
- Placing customer orders, updating customer accounts, answering questions, and resolving issues raised by customers.
- Complete invoice and credit invoice filing in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide administration support for customer account set up, quotes, customer pantry matrix set up, and online account access as required
- Provide picking slips to dispatch office
- Ensure Made to Order products (MTO) are given to the Purchasing Clerk to be ordered and the Stock Controller is advised of the MTO items

**About You**
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage timeframes and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills
- A demonstrated a can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills that reflect a professional but friendly approach to liaising effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures.
- Ability to work well in a busy environment and multitask several duties at once while remaining calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (desirable)
- Previous experience in a call centre (desirable)

Delivery operations occur 6 days per week and customers have the ability to order their products 24 hours a day through our online ordering system. Alternatively, they can contact our customer service team directly Monday to Friday between 9 am - 5 pm. It takes a great team of people to service our customers and provide them with the variety of products they require. We are proud supporters of Australian farmers and products and have established strong partnerships with our key suppliers and manufacturers.
