Australia’s leading industrial demoliton company is currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator. The role is open for applicants seeking an entry-level position and applicants willing to gain valuable experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone motivated with a strong desire to develop their experience and office management skills. The position offered is permanent full-time and provides opportunities for further development in the future.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Answering and transferring phone calls;
- Booking travel, accommodation and car hire;
- Assisting HR and the accounts team;
- Manage office supplies, consumables and other head office purchases;
- Manage credit cards and enter transactions in a spreadsheet;
- Data Entry; and
- Other ad hoc duties around the office.

- Deadline driven with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and manage multiple tasks;
- A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills;
- Technically and professionally competent and attentive to detail;
- Well presented and friendly;

- Willingness new learn new skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Glebe, NSW 2037: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
