Regional Supply Planning Manager

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Regional Supply Planning Manager to join our Tip Top Team. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of production and supply chain network planning process across both NSW and QLD. The network this role looks over is complex - with responsibility and stakeholders across five productions sites and a distribution network that services over 6,500 customers daily.
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to manage and own the production and supply chain network planning processes in NSW and QLD
- Supporting and undertaking the current planning activities required to ensure service to market is maintained
- Develop planning processes to provide greater insight and drive decision making that prioritises safety, our customers and cost to the business
- Support optimisation analysis and major projects through accurate modelling of current activities and enable understanding of future scenarios
- Work with internal stakeholders to continue best practice Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Work closely with the senior management team to develop supply chain strategy and identify areas for operational improvement
- Review demand signals and update communicate any risk with key stakeholders
- Working closely with Demand Planner on all risks to supply stability
- Working closely with site-based operations and the Sales and Marketing functions to coordinate and facilitate NPD and deletion activities within the two states to ensure they are executed in line with business requirements

About You
- 5-10 years of Supply Chain experience in either Demand, Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Analyst
- Advanced Excel skills is a must
- Background in a FMCG environment will be highly regarded due to the fast-paced nature of the role
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
- A natural leader experienced in developing and mentoring successful teams.
- A strong analytical ability and experience in developing metrics to measure and improve operational capabilities.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to think strategically and alongside senior management but also manage day to day operations.
- Expertise with SAP ECC,SAP BW IBP, or similar planning systems reliant on Master Data efficacy
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change
