**About the Role**:
As a **Supply & Operations Planning Coordinator**, you will support our Planning team in delivering key business targets, including sales, profit, in-stock levels, and inventory management. Working closely with our **Supply & Operations Planning Manager**, you’ll help manage stock flow across our distribution centres and stores, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless shopping experience.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
✔ **Providing direct support** to the Supply and Operations Planning Manager by assisting in managing the inbound and outbound flow of stock through our distribution centres and into our stores.
✔ **Responsible for stock management** of new store and store refurbishment projects.
✔ **Communicating daily** with distribution centre, transport, and retail management teams to ensure stakeholders are informed of issues and resolutions in a timely manner.
✔ **Providing business reporting** that drives service improvements for our customers and delivers efficiencies for our supply chain and merchandise planning teams.
✔ **Maintaining scheduling data** in our forecasting and replenishment system to ensure supply chain and merchandise planning processes run smoothly.
✔ **Supporting the broader merchandise planning team** with stock allocations that help deliver our desired service levels in-store for our customers.
**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have**:
**Good attention to detail**, an analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
**Willingness to learn** and continuously improve existing processes
**Retail support office, supply chain, or retail store experience** (none of these are essential)
**Strong Excel skills** and exposure to planning systems would be advantageous
