A leading government agency in Brisbane is seeking an **Infrastructure Technical Lead** to join them for an **8 month contract**

This role will be based in **Brisbane** with some _travel_ _required_ for site installation.

**Key requirements for this role**:

- Demonstrated experience of high level consultation, negotiation and communications skills with business stakeholders and ICT professionals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to prepare concise responses, submissions, presentations, and briefs
- Proven ability in **End User Computing** and **ICT** **infrastructure** operations, including analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying, defining, and solving technical and operational problems
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Teams Video Conferencing hardware**, F**ollow-Me Printing** concepts, Mo**bile & Desktop End User Computing** technologies
- Proven ability to adhere to and participate in **ITSM** **practices** such as incident and change management
- Knowledge of the following project-relevant network services**:802.1x
