**COMPLIANCE OFFICER - BDS MECHANICAL**

BDS Mechanical is seeking a full-time Mobile Compliance Manager to join our team in Queensland. This permanent role involves regular travel to our workshop locations across the state to ensure compliance processes are implemented and procedures are consistently followed. BDS Mechanical Repairs is a privately owned and rapidly growing business providing mechanical, auto electrical, and welding services - both in-house and onsite. With 22 fixed workshop locations across Queensland and a fleet of over 160 field service units, our team covers more than 600,000 km² across Queensland and Western Australia. **Experience, skills and qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a quality control / compliance position
- Must have current open drivers license
- MYOB experience
- Experience with invoicing and analysing financial statements
- Sound PC skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to priorities workloads
- Attention to detail

**Your job duties include**:

- Spending time at each of our BDS Workshops to make sure the BDS processes and procedures are being followed.
- Ensuring that BDS services meet the standards and expectations of customers and regulators
- Auditing locations on processes and procedures.
- Implementing improvements and changes where needed.
- Quality controlling sites
- Training new starters on the processes
- Will require regular travel
