**About the role:
Wesfarmers Health invites you to be a part of our dynamic Merchandise Team at the new Docklands Support Office. As the Trade Planning & Promotions Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with Category teams and Banner Brands functions, contributing to the planning and execution of promotions enjoyed by millions of Australian customers weekly. **What you’ll do:
- Coordinate planning and execution of promotions and key trade activities
- Communicate promotional advice to the store network in alignment with the trade and promotions program
- Manage Catalogue briefs in collaboration with the marketing team
- Ensure accurate entry of promotional offers and pricing into SAP systems
- Provide feedback and support to the Merchandise Team for precise submissions of offers
- Conduct timely catalogue compliance proof checks
- Maintain high-standard, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor creation of Promotional and Seasonal Claims, Condition Contracts, and store rebates
- Assist in Promotional and Pricing Compliance reporting and validation

**What you’ll bring:
- Proven grasp of retail metrics and sales drivers
- Basic familiarity with SAP systems
- Demonstrated ability to achieve accurate, efficient, and timely outcomes
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Previous experience in corporate retail or the pharmacy industry is preferred but not essential
- Preferred understanding of retail and financial terminology and processes
- Proven strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
