**JLL is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Casual Workplace Ambassador to join our FM on Demand team. This flexible role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional workplace experiences across diverse client properties, supporting both short-term assignments and ongoing engagements on an as-needed basis.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver superior customer service and exceed client expectations
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure subcontractor performance standards
- Support financial processes and budget management activities
- Coordinate conference services, room bookings, and catering arrangements
- Oversee consumables management and inventory control
- Maintain site cleanliness standards and direct cleaning operations
- Provide administrative support for security clearance processes
- Execute health, safety, and risk management procedures

**Ideal Experience**
- 3+ years plus reception experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in reception
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred
- Must present a professional and friendly image to clients
- Ability to interact well within a team
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to confidently interact with all levels of the organisation from CEO to cleaning contractors
