**Description**:
The role
As the Administrator you will be the ‘glue’ within our L&D team being tasked with a range of duties. The primary focus of our L&D team is contributing towards our learning content strategy that will provide measurable value to our internal and external key stakeholders. As the L&D Administrator, you will
Provide administrative assistance to the wider L&D team
Co-ordinate with L&D team to keep existing online training/courses constantly up to date
Administration of Learning Management System (experience within Litmos environment is essential)
Ad hoc reporting and analysis of learning activities
**Who you'll be working with**:
You will work within a high performing team made up of L&D Producers, Advisors a Coordinator and Subject Matter Experts. The L&D team will be tasked with transforming how we partner with the business to deliver highly relevant and engaging content across all channels to attract and contribute to our member’s success.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**A Bit About You**:To truly thrive in this role, you will have**:
12 months experience in a similar role
Experience within Litmos environment and/or other Learning Management System is essential
Sound interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
