Elephant Hills, (Thailand's first luxury tented camps and ethical elephant experience), is expanding its presence on the Sunshine Coast, and we're seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team and help us share the magic of our unique experiences with the world.

We seamlessly blend luxury tented accommodation with responsible wildlife encounters, drawing inspiration from the safari camp concept found in African national parks and the magnificent tropical rainforest environment of Khao Sok National Park.

A highlight of our tours is the ethical Elephant Experience, where guests have the privilege of meeting and interacting with these gentle giants in their natural habitat, creating meaningful connections and unforgettable memories.

As a Sales Representative for Elephant Hills, you'll be instrumental in our company's growth by inviting others to embrace the wonders of our eco-conscious experiences and create cherished memories in the heart of Thailand's natural beauty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the extraordinary experiences Elephant Hills has to offer.
- Collaborate with partners, clients, and agents to plan and execute successful promotional activities and events. Your ability to build strong business relationships will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Prepare detailed activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Your keen analytical skills will aid in identifying growth opportunities and refining sales strategies.
- Foster positive business relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, which will lead to repeat business and sustained sales growth for Elephant Hills.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive developments, enabling you to propose product and service improvements that align with the needs and preferences of our target market.
- Contribute to team success by setting marketing objectives and actively participating in successful marketing execution. Your collaboration with the marketing team will be pivotal in enhancing brand visibility and driving overall business success.
- Manage diverse tasks, including planning trips, accounting, social media/website content creation, database work, and day-to-day office duties. Your adaptability and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining a smooth and efficient sales operation.
- Proven track record in sales with a passion for achieving outstanding results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to connect with clients on a personal level and maintain positive business relationships.
- A deep appreciation for sustainable tourism and a desire to contribute to conservation efforts.
- Willingness to travel and explore new locations as part of your work routine.
- Strong organisational skills to manage your travel schedule and sales responsibilities effectively, including maintaining an up-to-date CRM.
- Knowledge of the tourism industry and an interest in responsible and sustainable travel is a plus.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
- German/Thai language skills beneficial

As a Sales Representative for Elephant Hills, you'll enjoy the exciting benefits of regular travel opportunities. This includes visiting prospective clients in various locations domestically, with the potential for international travel, to demonstrate our exceptional products and services, fostering new customer relationships.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to train agents on effective selling techniques, empowering others to represent Elephant Hills with excellence. While on your journeys, you'll schedule client visits, network at trade shows to expand our clientele base, and diligently work towards achieving sales targets.

You'll manage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, ensuring crucial client information is up-to-date and readily accessible throughout your travels.

**Salary**: $44,224.20 - $65,000.00 per year
