Global Pay provides customers with two-way exchange and international remittance services for major global G10 and some Southeast Asian currencies. We offer the two-way exchange between USD, AUD, CNY and EUR, GBP, HKD, SGD, CAD, NZD, JPY, VND.

**Job description**
- Review the documents provided by the customer according to compliance requirements and ensure all the documents meet compliance standards
- Ensure KYC files are accurate and complete and well-substantiated and completed within the specified timeframe.
- Timely review of first level transaction monitoring
- Maintaining and monitoring the compliance & operational risk framework
- Assisting with reporting to senior and executive managers
- Develop and undertake business wide compliance training
- The employee and agent due diligence program (and screening and re-screening programs)
- Manage the risk incidents register and record, triage and investigate all reported operational risk incidents such as reporting suspicious matters, international funds transfer instructions, urgent reporting, compliance audits, or requests for information or documents
- Oversee all AML/CTF Program compliance obligations periodically, and identify improvement opportunities
- Take the lead role in financial crime and fraud related projects including any transaction monitoring and fraud risk scoping projects

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a banking or financial services provider environment
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in compliance and/or risk
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Relevant experience and knowledge in AML/CTF processing and management
- High level understanding of compliance and risk frameworks and Australian financial market and regulatory framework
- Strong business writing, investigation, and reporting skills
- High attention to detail
- FRM Certification will be preferred
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Australian PR or citizen
