SOLUTION DESIGNER - LONG TERM CONTRACT - LARGE TRANSFORMATION **Solution Designer - Security - Major Transformation Program** Torch Professional Services is a people-focused specialist consultancy that provides skilled project IT Professionals to organisations across Australia. **This is a great opportunity to work on exciting community-driven digital solutions from inception** - Solution Designer - Security - Long term contract - Digital Technology Uplift initiative for the community The role of SOLUTION DESIGNER will closely with Enterprise Security Architect and a variety of cyber teams The role of Solution Designer has an emphasis on the development, review and documentation of risks, review and input into solution architectures, review of penetration testing results, evaluating commercial terms and vendor selection and security aligned requirements for internal and third parties. Strong solution design skills within the security domain are a must for this role. The Solutions Designer will have a focus on security requirements to interact with the design and architecture function to ensure alignment with the cyber security strategy. This will include requirements definition, solution options, solution patterns, high level, and detailed solution designs. **Key skills and experience for this role are the following**: - Must have min 3-5 years proven experience in developing security solution design artefacts - Experience as a Solution Designer gained within large organisation (>5,000 users) with complex solution requirements. - Worked previously within a solution architecture practice area that has defined and implemented complex solution environments - Basic understanding of ACSC ISM & PSPF - Experience in designing solutions and deployments using modern approaches including Agile, DevSecOps, SRE, delivered via Outsourced or Inhouse, and operated as “Products” with defined “Service Outcomes” as defined by Service Level Indicators and Objectives. - Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Sciences / Information Technology and Management disciplines, or equivalent industry experience **APPLY NOW Attach your resume in WORD format and we will contact you should your skills be deemed suited.** **Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens are eligible to apply.** **Thank you, Torch Professional Services appreciates your interest.
