**The role**:This is a fantastic opportunity for either a junior or a seasoned AR officer with all round receivables experience to join a reputable company in the heart of the CBD. Reporting to the AR Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting in a wide range of tasks across the month-end and traditional transactional duties.

This will include but not be limited to;
- Ownership of daily bank account reconciliations of assigned ledgers
- Manage the reduction in Aged Debt through standard collection activities
- Accurately prepare billings, returns and refunds weekly and/or monthly
- Build relationships internally and externally to keep customer satisfaction high whilst maintaining a low balance on the overdue amounts
- Maintain compliance with established SLA’s with the business units
- Produce month end TB for Debtors, review and reconcile to GL on a monthly basis;
- Collaborate and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and return of billing documents or resolving discrepancies preventing these activities from being performed.
- Where necessary, process Credits or Adjustments to facilitate invoicing and payment
- Experience handling major accounts from an AR/Credit perspective
- Exceptional communication skills
