**Fixed Term Full Time, 40 hours per week + ADO till 31 December 2026**

**About the Role**

Grampians Health (GH) are seeking an ICT Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Program Manager for leading the ICT technical delivery component of EMR project for Grampians Health. This role will manage significant program of work to plan, design and implement a network uplift and other IT infrastructure enablement projects across Grampians Health to support the implementation of the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

The ICT EMR Program Manager will collaborate with the EMR Project team, Digital Health Teams, Grampians Health stakeholders, and vendors to deliver IT infrastructure readiness for the EMR. The principal function of this role is to provide expertise and leadership in relation to the ICT technical deliverable component of EMR program across Grampians Health.

**About the Grampians Health (GH) Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Project**

The GH EMR Project is a large-scale clinical transformation project across Grampians Health, and an opportunity to be part of the organisation’s digital transformation journey. The EMR project aims to deliver a comprehensive digital patient record across the ambulatory and inpatient areas of GH.

The GH EMR project team will be responsible for designing, building and implementing the new EMR, drawing on clinical, health informatics, technology and change expertise. The target completion of the project is late 2026.

The GH EMR project team will also work collaboratively with the EMR project team at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne as we partner to deliver a shared EMR.

**Key Responsibilities**

ICT Program Management for the IT network Infrastructure and other IT work packages, supporting the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record
. Project and Program Management, managing inter-project dependencies, resource demands and project prioritie
- s Liaise with Grampians Health Subject Matter Experts, the EMR Project Team, internal and external ICT providers to ensure issues and initiatives are communicated and understood
. Ensure Project planning is of the highest quality and that projects are delivered as planned
. Ensure effective planning and management of the program budget. Ensure that Business Cases / Statements of Works / Contracts are of appropriate quality to ensure a high probability of delivery of outputs and benefits as stated
. Involvement in directorate aligned Committees, working parties and ICT enabled Project Steering Groups
. Performance management of project consultants and / or team members and ensure project deliverables are delivered to a high quality and on-time
. Support business change, acting as a single point of contact for all ICT related deliverables, and build successful stakeholder relationships with all parties

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**

Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management / Business / Information Technology and / or relevant equivalent experience or minimum 5 years’ similar practical experience
. Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile / Scrum certificates)
. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in large scale environment
- s Previous experience working in a large scale EMR implementation or Transformation program
. Demonstrated experience and proven success in similar positions managing multiple technical information systems projects including infrastructure rollouts, network optimisation within a large, complex organisation would be highly advantageous
