**ICT Infrastructure Program Manager**

The principal function of this role is to provide expertise and leadership in relation to the ICT program for the Ballarat Base Hospital Redevelopment (BBHR) and other capital work programs across Grampians Health.

This role will plan, organise and manage infrastructure staff, contractors and/or consultants to ensure the stable and secure operation of IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimising key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure and security.

**The Role**

The successful Program Manager will provide expertise and leadership in relation to the entire ICT functionality across a major hospital redevelopment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Project and Program Management, managing inter-project dependencies, resource demands and project priorities.
- Performance management of project consultants and / or team members and ensure project deliverables/services are delivered properly and on-time.
- Support business change, acting as a single point of contact for all things ICT related and facilitates relationships with all parties.
- Development of project documentation including initiation, objectives, scope, plan, work packages, risks/issue log and resource requirements and post implementation reviews relevant to project complexity and risk.
- Expenditure within project budget and delegated authority.
- Ensure that Business Cases / Statements of Works / Contracts are of appropriate quality to ensure a high probability of delivery of outputs and benefits as stated.

**About You**

To be successful you will need:

- Knowledge and understanding of IT facilities management, including Data Centres, Cabling, Networking and System infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to develop tender documentation and assessments.
- Project management: demonstrated achievements in managing projects with multiple partners and stakeholders with production of detailed project plans.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability in identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal based on facts, available resources, constraints, and organizational values.
- Planning & Organising: Success in establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently_._
- Facilitating Change: A history of encouraging others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities; facilitating the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace.
- Demonstrated experience in managing facility construction and renovation projects, financial budgets, and construction programs highly desirable.
