Our **Southland** store is looking for **Front of House and Back of House** **Team Leaders** to continue spreading the Roll'd joy and values with our customers.

We are looking for a Shift Supervisors that have experience in working in a fast paced environment with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and food quality. The role includes overseeing our Team Members during an assigned shift to ensure the shift runs smoothly.

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing person, with a strong work ethic, love to engage with people and have strong family values. To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
Skills & competencies:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- High-level food quality standards
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Work efficiently in a calm and measured manner
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
- Knowledge of OH&S and Food Safety Standards

Experience and Qualifications:

- Some knowledge of the hospitality/quick service restaurant industry is desirable
- Experience using Point of Sale systems
- Food Safety Handling Certificates
