As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfilment Team Leader to lead our small, high-performing team in Melbourne and help us build the next phase of our fulfilment capability.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Plan, organise, and oversee daily warehouse activities — receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments and stock movements.
  • Maintain efficient inventory and control systems, optimising layout and workflows.
  • Monitor daily throughput and performance against service standards.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of fulfilment staff to deliver accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage casuals during seasonal peaks.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.

Client Service

  • Partner with our Office Team and clients to deliver on service-level expectations.
  • Oversee new client onboarding via , ensuring brand and product requirements are met.
  • Proactively resolve any fulfilment issues with care and professionalism.

Safety & Compliance

  • Lead toolbox talks, inductions, and enforce OHS standards.
  • Ensure the warehouse meets all compliance and safety requirements.
  • Promote a "safety-first" mindset across the team.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce pick/pack errors.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor KPIs and use data to drive performance improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience leading or supervising in retail, warehouse, or fulfilment operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you notice everything.
  • Comfortable using systems like Shopify, POS, or WMS tools.
  • A reliable, self-starting attitude and the confidence to make decisions on the floor.
  • A team player who leads by example and takes pride in great service.
