We are seeking a motivated **Factory Team Leader** to oversee daily production activities, lead and support team members, and drive operational excellence on the factory floor.

**Role Overview**

The Factory Team Leader is responsible for supervising a production team, coordinating day-to-day factory operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals. This role requires a balance of hands-on leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Leadership & Supervision**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production workers to achieve daily targets.
- Allocate tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- **Operations & Production**:

- Oversee production processes to ensure output meets quality and efficiency standards.
- Monitor machine operations, materials, and supply usage, escalating issues where needed.
- Ensure daily production schedules are met or exceeded.
- **Quality & Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks and address non-conformances.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Work closely with management to implement operational enhancements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a **manufacturing, food production, or FMCG environment**.
- Proven leadership experience (supervisory or team lead role).
- Strong understanding of **workplace health & safety** and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
