**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join our Tenant Representation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business development and lead client relationships in the corporate real estate sector.
**An overview of the role**:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the mid-market and upper quartile corporate accounts
Focus on Victoria, South Australia, and Perth markets
Develop trust with clients by understanding their real estate needs and pain points
Collaborate with brokers to create strategic plans and win business
Work closely with other JLL teams to maximise cross-selling opportunities
Contribute to marketing initiatives, proposals, and presentations
Develop and maintain an efficient CRM system to ensure no missed opportunities
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Proven experience in a Client Relationship position, preferably 8 years or more
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to set stretch targets and monitor performance
Financial acumen and results-driven mindset
High level of integrity and ethics
Confident in calling prospects and managing the sales pipeline
