Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working with cellular carriers on carrier certifications.
- Experience working with telecom carriers/device makers, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Excellent planning, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for wireless technology and devices.

**About the job**:

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interface with internal and external stakeholders for Pixel phones in any technical matter.
- Analyze network features and gather operator requirements to provide guidance and feedback to Engineering and Product Managers.
- Support and manage the carrier and industry approvals of wireless devices.
- Report project status, prioritize tasks, analyze issues (and logs), and manage them to resolve together with the Hardware and Software Engineering team.
- Manage field test activities and resources within Australia, including investigation and program management for in-market products.
