Instaclustr, now part of Spot by NetApp is looking for an outstanding Product Marketing Manager to help drive our continuing growth and expansion. This is a highly visible role that is vital to the success of our efforts to build awareness, thought leadership, and demand for Instaclustr’s growing portfolio.

The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role within Instaclustr’s marketing team. They will be the go-to person for messaging and customer-facing content for key products and solutions that successfully engage prospects, customers, partners and more. The Product Marketing Manager works closely with the rest of the marketing team as well as with key stakeholders across the company in product, sales and alliances to identify and drive impactful projects and results for our current and future products and solutions

What you will do?
Distil our technology and value proposition into powerful and differentiated messages and stories that resonate with relevant customer personas
Work closely with sales, marketing and product leadership to generate compelling customer-facing content in a variety of forms including web copy, blogs, datasheets, whitepapers, videos and presentations
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the product roadmap and to develop and implement coordinated plans for launches and announcements
Be an evangelist for the company, from supporting social media efforts to presenting about our products and solutions
Help to educate and enable our field teams and partners to sell the value and differentiation of our products and solutions
Collaborate with demand generation, events and digital marketing to support campaigns and initiatives

**Skills & Experience**:
5+ years of experience in a product, solution or technical marketing role for IT products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills distilling and communicating the value of technical products into clear, differentiated messages and value propositions to diverse audiences
Experience with persona marketing and buyer’s journey content generation
Fast, motivated learner and self-starter able to excel in a high-paced, dynamic environment
Team player able to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally within a distributed global team
Experience working at global tech companies, preferably SaaS / Cloud
