Wagering Specials Coordinator

This role calls for someone with energy in spades, a positive disposition and exceptional interpersonal skills to develop and maintain the specials roadmap in line with budget expectations, wagering campaign plan and overall wagering objectives.

**You will be reporting to our Wagering Marketing Manager and a day on the job will see you**:

- Develop, maintain, and publish the specials road map for both sport and racing aligning with overall wagering and campaign objectives
- Undertake probability analysis and associated cost estimates for each special
- Liaise with Risk and Trading to ensure offers do not create unintentional risk and impact core revenue
- Ensure specials are properly loaded (and verified) into the relevant system for both sport and racing
- Ensure all specials are resulted in line with terms and conditions
- Perform post campaign analyse to further enhance the specials offering and ensuring the special budget is being maximised
- Ensure terms and conditions written and published for each wagering special or offer
- Maintain a watching brief on the wagering market and how specials are leveraged to drive acquisition engagement and increase share of wallet of existing customers
- Develop and evaluate new special types through robust test and learn methodology
- Work with internal team Customer Insights to develop and test specials to contribute to wagering plan
- Work in tandem with marketing to help drive campaigns using specials
- Develop insights from specials outcomes to assist in leading new campaign outcomes

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**About You**
- Substantial racing wagering knowledge and a passion for racing and sport
- Well-developed skills in researching development opportunities and writing business plans and reports
- Commercial numeracy, with experience in budgeting/forecasting
- Knowledge and understanding of the tends and developments in TAB agency operations
- Prior experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Experience in marketing and strong understanding of advertising preferably within wagering
