We are seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join a growing team in

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading audit engagements for clients across various industries
- Supervision and coaching of junior team members
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identifying areas of risk and developing strategies to mitigate them
- Developing audit plans and testing procedures
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and professional standards
- Contributing to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in audit, preferably within a Big 4 firm
- CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and on budget
