**We are a fast-paced business specializing in the retail, domestic, and wholesale sales of marine ornamental species. We are seeking a Sales and Admin Consultant to join our team and assist with the sales and adminastration of our store. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers.**

**Duties will include**:

- Management of customer sales
- Following up and creating new sales
- Coordinating the packing and shipping of live fish, corals and dry goods
- Handling retail sales and customer service, including phone inquiries
- Assisting customers with warranty claims and special orders
- Ordering of products and manage inventory
- Maintaining packing supplies
- Fostering sales and maintaining customer relations

**Essential criteria**
- Sales Experience
- Ability to grow and create sales
- High level attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
- Punctuality and responsibility

**Desirable criteria**
- Knowledge and experience with marine, reef, and freshwater aquariums, as well as ponds
- Confident driver with Western Australian manual driver's license with clean driving record
