About the job

While your main role will be focused on marketing the Pattern Australia business, you will also support the day to day running of our offices in Melbourne and Sydney. You will have the opportunity to work with our colleagues globally (US, UK, Middle East, Europe, and Asia) and help influence the growth of our international business as a whole.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
- 1-2 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Hubspot
- Previous experience working in a high-performing business environment
- Passionate about ecommerce and the digital world
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage time and priorities as well as perform under pressure
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Principle Duties

Marketing

Working with the Head of Consumer Marketing on the following:

- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategy
- Measure the success of campaigns and make improvements for optimisation
- Undertake research into brands and leads to support sales conversation
- Find new and successful ways to improve the number and quality of contacts in our opted-in marketing database
- Design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to support sales to budget
- Manage a programme of online and in-person events (planning, execution and follow up)
- Develop customer engagement strategy within Pattern Australia
- Coordinate Pattern and co-branded events

Operations

Working closely with the GM of ANZ to assist in professionalising Pattern processes in conjunction with the GM and department leads. This could include:

- Updating processes, procedures, and holding workshops to assess current compatibility - e.g. WFH policies
- Assessing platforms alongside Department Leaders - e.g. reviewing right tools and how they are used across the business
- Ensuring that communications around business processes are transparent and easily accessible
- Coordinating the company timetable in partnership with the GM
- Working with the GM on company presentations and visualising data
- Help drive the company strategy from a coordination and consistency perspective
