**You will make an impact by**:

- Preparing and promptly issuing accurate and timely new employment contracts and ensuring all new starter on-boarding information is completed and entered efficiently and accurately from start to finish.
- Supporting the administration management for visa nominations/ sponsorship.
- Processing pre-employment screening checks in accordance with Epworth HealthCare employment policies and protocols and any audit requirements.
- Ensuring consistent and regular communication with key internal stakeholders to foster excellent relationships.
- Working collaboratively and constructively in the team.
- Handling situations sensitively and professionally, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
