**The Client**

Our client is a leading wholesale and retail flower company, specialising in the distribution of both Australian and imported flowers. With a strong presence in the market, they are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.

**The Role**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operations of our client's warehouse facility in Coorparoo. This is a permanent full-time position.

As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the safety culture, ensuring a safe working environment, and fostering teamwork and accountability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee logistics, freight, and delivery services, including scheduling and tracking shipments, optimising routes, and managing carrier relationships.
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and drive change management initiatives to improve processes, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service, ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries are on time, and customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Monitor and analyse warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Proven experience working with supply chain, logistics, freight, and delivery services.
- Strong people management skills, with previous experience leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, particularly in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Customer service experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience working with perishable products, particularly fresh flowers would be advantage
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends during peak seasons.
