TEN Recruit have partnered up with a leading residential brand within the WA market. With an outstanding name in the industry, they have an opportunity now for an experience Scheduler to join their team.

**Your new Role**

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities will involve.
- Produce quantity take-offs.
- Scheduling material and labour quantities for ordering and sending out orders.
- Manage construction costs and schedule jobs within acceptable company timeframes.
- Action quotations & construction variations.
- Processing invoice over-runs.
- Able to work directly with suppliers to negotiate and communicate efficiently to achieve the desired outcome.

**About you**
- Minimum 2 years experience estimating in the construction market
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, contract documents and pre-start minutes
- Understanding of and ability to use estimation programs such as Databuild & Click Homes. Training can also be provided.
- Time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Happy to work part of a team.
- Career progression into Management.
