Contracting Opportunity - HCM Test Analyst

**Your new role**
- Establish Collaborative and productive relationships within ISD and P&C
- Deliver successful testing results for organisation's HCM (SAP S/4 HANA Payroll and SF - ESS/MSS).
- Ability to lead and execute testing to onboard employees to company and offboard employees from company for HCM Suite
- Perform testing activities and defect management for HCM PMGM and LMS Solution. The testing activities includes, but not limited to, writing and implementing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, running test readiness and other quality gate milestone reviews, executing test scenarios, managing defects, and provide test closure reports and other test phase artefacts.
- Ability to plan and execute business UAT with stakeholders and satellite systems.
- Provide strong and coordinative defect management and risk management of acceptance tests.
- Ensure the test artefacts are produced by internal teams or external suppliers and follow defined standards and frameworks
- To practice cultural safety by creating environments, relationships, and systems free from racism and discrimination so that people can feel safe, valued, and able to participate

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience with HCM (SAP S/4 HANA, Payroll and SF - ESS/MSS)
- Formal qualifications or certifications in ICT or a related field (preferred)
