**Job Title**: Full-Time Kitchen Hand/Cleaner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Wash dishes, and other kitchen items.
- Ensure floors are swept and mopped regularly.
- Dispose of rubbish and manage recycling procedures.
- **Kitchen Assistance**:

- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Unpack and store supplies in designated storage areas.
- Ensure all food storage areas are clean and organized.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance or safety hazards to management promptly.
- **Team Support**:

- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Assist in other duties as required to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in a kitchen hand or cleaning role is preferred.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
