**Restaurant Cleaner - Maven by Morgan (Fitzroy)**

**Start Time: 10:30pm | Casual Role | Fitzroy VIC**

Maven by Morgan is on the lookout for a dependable and detail-focused cleaner to join our team in Fitzroy. This role kicks off after service at 10:30pm and plays a key part in keeping the venue looking sharp and ready for the next day.

**Your key tasks will include**:

- Mopping and vacuuming floors in the dining room, kitchen and bar
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms
- Wiping down and polishing all surfaces, including tables, chairs, benches and bar tops
- Polishing glassware, crockery and cutlery
- Taking out rubbish and maintaining general venue cleanliness
- Following a clear cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and standards are met

We’ve got clear checklists in place to guide each shift, so you’ll always know what’s expected and when the job’s done properly.

For the right person, there may also be the opportunity to pick up extra hours assisting the kitchen team as a kitchen porter during prep or service.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- A reliable, self-sufficient worker
- Comfortable with late-night starts (10:30pm onwards)
- Cleaning or hospitality experience is ideal, but not essential
