Key Responsibilities:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and ingredient handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support with inventory management and basic stock control.
- Assist in meal service, including plating and preparing garnishes.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and organized throughout the shift. Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with kitchen prep work and handling kitchen tools.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with roster management or scheduling (a plus).
- Experience in Shisha preparation and handling.
- Experience with drink preparation or bar duties (bonus).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $23.23 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
