The Principal Support Analyst is an experienced and specialist Siebel resource within the Department's Families portfolio reporting into the Program Manager.
Accountabilities
- Employ appropriate maintenance, support and incident management processes and procedures.
- Provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.
- Ensure problem prevention methods are continually applied to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Manage Post Incident Reviews (PIR) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) exercises in conjunction with all key stakeholders and IT suppliers, and manage the related processes, including the translation of outcomes into traceable actions.
- Act as the departments representative for vendor led incidents and post incident reviews.
- Participate in disaster recovery activities as required.
- Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.

Technical Expertise
- Proven experience and success as a principal developer in a complex ICT Agile environment.
- Extensive experience in the development of Siebel CRM based implementations using Innovation Pack 17 and Above
- Experience in integration using (SOAP Web Services and RESTful APIs) as well as messaging formats (JSON and XML), JMS queues setup
- Experience on client-side scripting for Siebel using JS and CSS
- Experience on Siebel configuration, workflows and eScript
- Experience on Siebel Public Sector and the Service Agreement Management module
- Experience on managing and setup of batch processes in Siebel including tracking and debug of existing batch run
- Experience on Siebel innovation pack upgrade process
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services, in particular Azure PaaS services (Web, API and Functions App, Azure SQL database etc.).
