The Brisbane Bullets are one of ten basketball clubs that form the National Basketball League (NBL) competition. Based in the sunshine state, the Bullets are Brisbane’s oldest professional sporting Club’s with a rich history of success - dating back to 1979.

The Brisbane Bullets aim to inspire and nurture the future generations of basketball fanatics, by embracing the Queensland basketball community, and becoming the leading club for the state. The National Basketball League (NBL) is regarded as one of the premier basketball organisations in the world and is home to some of the world’s best athletes, and is in an exception growth phase worldwide.

**_The Role_**
With the 22/23 Season fast approaching, the Brisbane Bullets are looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team and manage the commercial revenue growth of the club.

As our **Commercial Operations Coordinator**, you will be accountable for providing administrative support to the Commercial team, primarily across our partnership and hospitality sales portfolios to ensure partnership outcomes meet and exceed contractual obligations.

In support of the sales function, you will also be accountable for developing relationships with external stakeholders to drive game day package revenue across the suite of game day assets.

This is an incredible opportunity for a self-starter to make their mark in the sporting industry and make a change within the club and help in driving the greater success of the Brisbane Bullets Basketball Club.

**_Key Responsibilities_**

Commercial Administration
- Assisting the Corporate Partnerships Manager execute the commercial sales business plan
- Manage a rolling pipeline of business contacts and leads
- Utilise CRM tools to track, measure, and analyse partner activity
- Prospect innovative engagement activities for partners, generate leads, develop relationships, understand customer needs, present solutions.
- Manage daily and weekly activity including outbound calls, face-to-face appointments and represent the Club at various networking functions
- Utilise CRM tools to track, measure, and analyse sales and marketing activity.

Corporate Hospitality
- Drive the administration processes of Brisbane Bullets Premium and Corporate packages across business to business and business to consumer sectors.
- Manage and co-ordinate game day ticketing, VIP functions, dietary requirements, and function credits for all corporate stakeholders.
- Assist Corporate Sales Executive in the development of the Brisbane Bullets premium & corporate hospitality packages.
- Coordinate the VIP & corporate seasonal ticket packing and distribution process.
- Research competitor hospitality offerings to enable the Club to create new products that maximises venue assets.

Corporate Experience
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Consumer Engagement, to ensure fulfillment of ticketing and benefits.
- Assist with the onsite delivery of game day corporate & VIP experiences.
- Actively network game day clients, identifying new prospects to meet, follow up and up sell.

- Proven track record of administrative support within a multi-disciplined business.
- Go-getter attitude, strives for success, and engaging personality
- Experience in the partnerships/sponsorship field would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and effectively with a wide variety of people both internally and externally at all levels.
- Sound understanding or interest in sports (or better yet, the NBL) - desirable
- Exceptional client-facing skills & ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative, attention-to-detail and reporting skills
