**About The Role**:
As a Client Credit Officer, you will provide comprehensive credit management support across accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and efficient credit management. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining relationships with clients, managing outstanding debts, and ensuring financial sustainability while adhering to Endeavour Foundation’s values and mission. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments and positive relationships.
- Handling debt recovery processes and reconciling accounts.
- Generating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and financial transactions.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Adhering to safety, compliance, and organisational policies.

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Diploma or Degree in finance, accounting, or an equivalent discipline (advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or debt recovery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with Microsoft Dynamics (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
