Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting individuals with disabilities to lead empowered, fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, medication support)
- Assist clients with daily living activities: meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and household management
- Support clients to engage in social, recreational, and community-based activities
- Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to promote social inclusion and wellbeing
- Monitor safety and respond to emergencies in accordance with policy and training
- Collaborate with health professionals and families to implement tailored care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We’re Looking For
- Empathetic and patient communicator who values client choice, dignity, and independence
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
- Physically able to carry out care-related tasks
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (desirable)
- Current driver’s license and reliable transport (as required)
- Relevant background checks and clearances

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
