**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor health and safety procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents
- Ensure that employees are safe at work
- Provide training to employees on health and safety
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with external agencies on health and safety matters

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or higher in Workplace Health and Safety or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a health and safety management role
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety Act and Regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
