Our client is an international engineering company and are currently seeking a permanent HSE Manger to oversee two sites reporting directly into the General Manager.

The HSE Manager has one direct report and is responsible for Health Safety and environmental compliance across the business.

The key function of this highly visible role will ensure the administration of the company employee policy and code of conduct together with rules of safety and compliance with all national legislation.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Establish and maintain Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental policies & procedures
- Monitor employee Health & Safety regulations and legislative changes
- Ensure timely setting and completion of safety KPIs
- Coordinate and conduc safety training
- Establish long term safety program
- Review of safety aspects
- Worker's rehabilitation & workers compensation management
- New employee safety induction & assessment

In addition you will bring:

- Degree in related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in OHSE, manufacturing/engineering related
