The role of the National Account Executive is to provide comprehensive support to our agency and distribution sales teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely execution of tasks. You will manage outbound communications and foster strong relationships with key clients and travel agents.
So, what’s the job?
You’ll provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the agency and distribution sales teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely execution of tasks.
You’ll handle policy-related tasks, including premium adjustments, waivers, VIP policy issuance, and resolution of inquiries with precision and attention to detail.
You’ll identify opportunities for agent training and coordinate virtual sessions, while leading the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are accredited and integrated.
You’ll generate detailed sales and revenue reports, track KPIs, and provide insights into market trends and competitor activities, supporting data-driven decision-making.
You’ll manage agent profiles in CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date records, and coordinate materials for local expos in collaboration with internal teams to maximize impact.
You’ll drive the implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes across the sales function.
And what are we looking for?
You’ll have a proven track record of analysing customer satisfaction, business performance, and using data to drive insights and improvements.
You’ll have familiarity with the travel and insurance industries within Australian markets is advantageous, along with a solid understanding of sales processes from start to finish.
You’ll bring strong written and verbal communication abilities, paired with highly developed interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners.
You’ll demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), with experience working in CRM databases and handling large customer data sets.
