We are recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator/Allocator to join our Service Administration team.

An understanding of exceeding internal and external customer service expectations whilst maintaining a high standard of delivery and reliability is essential to this role. You will be a strong person with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Primary Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Be the primary contact for all service, installation, repair and breakdown bookings, ensuring a high level of future dated bookings are scheduled in our dispatch systems through the setup and use of generated data from within our ERP system and customer enquiries and repairs required.
- Communication with parts department to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet demand of upcoming booked service work.
- Communication and coordination of both workshop and field Service Technicians working on equipment to meet on time delivery, provide customer updates and to ensure fleet schedules are met, whilst ensuring cost reductions where possible through fuel and travel time savings for field-based technicians
- Administrative duties relating to the running of a service based business including invoicing of work performed.

About you:

- You should be self motivated, with a positive can do attitude, that is capable of prioritising your work and problem solving according to shifting demands of this position and industry
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have a high level of organisation and pride in your work area
- Have a high level of computer and administration skills and be experienced in Microsoft Office and Excel. It would be highly regarded if you have a working knowledge of Microsoft Navision.
- A quick learner who isn’t afraid of questioning why we do things the way we do and offering alternative solutions.
- A mechanical or technician knowledge is highly regarded but not essential
- Have a flexible approach to working hours

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Welshpool, WA 6106: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
