**About the Role**

Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the **Warranty Manager** is responsible for the end to end admin processing and handling of warranty claims. They only get about 2-5 warranty calls per day, so whilst it is a full-time position it is a very flexible, autonomous role. You will be managing the entire process yourself end to end, ensuring a successful result is achieved for the customer.
