    • Oversee nationwide warranty claims, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution.">
    • Liaise with builders, trades, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.">
    • Prepare detailed defect lists and comprehensive reports to support claim outcomes.">

    • Build strong relationships with internal teams, insurers, and partner trade network.">
    • Actively communicate with all parties to uphold the company's reputation.">
