**Job Title**: Procurement Manager

**Company**: Engineering Networks is exclusively partnering with Tas Water in the recruitment of their new Procurement Manager. TasWater is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation dedicated to providing essential services to the community.

**Location**: Devenport, Hobart or Launceston

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage and develop source-to-contract function for optimal support of business function
- Monitor vendors for consistency and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, support and develop a team of procurement professionals (procurement and purchasing)
- Foster positive relationships internally and externally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, optimizing financial and compliance objectives.

**About the successful applicant**:

- Degree qualified in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
- Extensive experience in S2C processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in procurement best practices and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and specialised software.
- Excellent communication and financial management skills.
- Professional Association membership highly regarded (e.g CIPS)

This role will require some overnight and local travel, and a Driver's License is a mandatory requirement for the position.
