**The Role**
The JCG Culture Officer is responsible to the Deputy Director JCG Culture to drive the development of an inclusive and supportive workplace both internal and external to Joint Capabilities Group (JCG). The incumbent of this position will work alongside the Deputy Director to develop an organisational culture that will drive a capable and high performing workforce that anticipates and responds with agility, competence and confidence in a competitive and dynamic environment.

**About our Team**
Headquarters Joint Capabilities Group (HQJCG) is the hive of Joint Capabilities Group. Our team keeps things humming across the Group by providing high level support to the Group Head, the Chief of Joint Capabilities (CJC) delivering various corporate functions. We direct and coordinate Group strategy and operations across the eight Divisions within the Group, and collaborate Defence wide to achieve JCG and Enterprise outcomes.

The JCG Culture Officer will be an integral team member within the Workforce and Culture Directorate. The Workforce and Culture Directorate is a high tempo working environment, no day is the same as we meet the emerging priorities of our stakeholders.
