We are looking for disability support workers to cater for our clients all over Victoria. We have both long and short working shifts according to your suitability and working needs. We have some short shifts for clients in Western and S.E. suburbs as well.

Currently, our main client focus is in Northern suburbs of Victoria. We are looking for support workers to cater for two Autistic children in one home (boy and a girl). These siblings require 24x7 care
- 7 days a week.

Key responsibilities in the role include but not limited to:

- Assistance in ADLs
- Assistance in toileting management, if required
- Assistance in cooking and feeding, if required
- Taking out clients to the community (Shopping centre, park, walks, etc.)
- In case of any incidents, reporting to manager and incident reporting on company website

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Valid certification to work in Disability sector such as: Certificate III in Community services or Disability services, aged care workers, nurses, etc
- NDIS screening ID
- Full Driver Licence
- Experience in Disability services preferred by not mandatory
- Flexibility to work weekdays/weekends, day/night shifts
- Commitment to work as we don't want workers to leave after we provide training.
