What will your day look like
As a Talent and Culture, Systems Team Lead, you will manage day-to-day system operations and ensure employee experience and efficiency of the Technology infrastructure. The System Analysts are focused on service delivery of the Success Factors Modules as well as ServiceNow (SNOW) and all T&C owned non-platform technology, in partnership with Group Technology.
Your role as a team lead is to ensure we have the right strategy, capability and operational resilience in place to support the systems landscape in T&C
**Your key priorities and responsibilities include**:
Planning
- Plan, estimate and report on T&C Systems team deliverables and develop strategies to mitigate analysis related to performance, risks and issues.
- Partner with T&C peers, IT and the Enterprise Project Management Office to plan, prioritise and deliver system and process related initiatives.
- Direct strategies to the business area on prioritisation and use own technical and functional expertise to map solutions.
- Ensure effective risk and cost management when undertaking all planning activities ensuring the ANZ is getting optimum return on its investment in T&C systems and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the fixed capacity of the team and other shared services to meet the business demand and ensure appropriate levels of skilled resourcing and services to meet service expectations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technology enhancements and best practice Partner with Technology
- Develop people capability that allows appropriate engagement, rotation, skills transfer within and with both internal functions and external partners
Leadership
- Lead and manage the T&C Systems team for optimal individual and team performance. Encourage and develop a culture of self-evaluation, continuous learning and service innovation within the team and an effective team-based partnership model for service delivery with other functions.
- Build capability and manage talent within the team to support growth and future bench strength using ANZ frameworks for succession planning, performance and development, culture and engagement.
- Regularly communicate strategy, objectives and role expectations to promote buy-in, support and manage performance.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.

- Tertiary qualifications; HR or IT preferred with extensive Leadership experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (certified) & has Proficient Success Factors domain knowledge
- Agile & SCRUM Certification
- Understanding of the SAP SF and SNOW systems
- Ability to use business knowledge and a strategic mindset to enable the Squad to focus on what is most important to deliver the mission and drive an improved user experience
- Coaching and development of chapter expertise and build domain knowledge within the team
- Business acumen, planning and strategy
- Senior Stakeholder Management - Influencing and relationship building, coupled with Program and Risk Management
- Reporting and Analytics to drive operational improvement
- Human Centered Design thinking
